Experience High-End Kitchen Design: See Our Innovations
27 Aug 2025
Imagine you’re watching an old camcorder home video set in a high-end kitchen. What do you notice? For many of us, it’s what’s changed – the clothes, the video quality, maybe even the people in our lives. What we rarely perceive is any differences in high-end kitchen design.
It’s a typical experience, by the way – at least, according to the British Institute of Interior Design. This is because, unlike fashion designers, interior designers prioritise timelessness in high-end bespoke kitchen design. In this industry, the changes are incremental because replacements can take decades.
That’s not to say tastes stay frozen, though. Indeed, high-end kitchen design companies refresh constantly. As a high-end kitchen cabinet maker who’s just celebrated 50 years of experience in the industry ourselves, we are always talking to customers and adopting new tech. It’s how we stay ahead, as you’ll see when learn see our exciting, new products.
High-End Handleless Kitchen Ranges
Few factors scream modernity more than sleek edges. In recent years, however, tech advancements elevated homeowner expectations to another level. Thus, going beyond simply “modern” kitchens, we now see many fully handleless high-end contemporary kitchens with extremely crisp lines.

At Sigma 3 Kitchens, we’ve embraced that demand for laser precision, augmenting our artisan craftsmen with better machinery and processes to help them create sleeker cabinets and reduce waste. As a result, we can now offer extra colours in our Amalfi range, including our new Rosso colour.

“Precision is akin to quality in the kitchen industry. That’s why we’re always striving to be more precise. Only once we’re confident that our high-quality standards are met with a new range or product do we roll out new colours. There are no minimum viable products. We don’t move fast and break things. Our goal is to make every kitchen perfect from day one.”

As usual, our focus isn’t just skin deep, either. In addition to our modern option, we’ve also added Portland Oak and Tuscan Walnut interiors and drawer boxes to all our handleless kitchens – choice we’ve extended to both standard cabinets and our Signature storage options. This includes our Hathaway and Lansbury pantries, and our Connery drinks cabinets.

In-Frame-Effect and Skinny Shaker Doors
Appetite for two door styles exploded this year, according to our research. One is in-frame-effect kitchens. The other: skinny Shaker doors. In essence, homeowners like traditional kitchens once offered only to the elite. They want a handmade kitchen feel, but in a way that’s precise and affordable.

Introducing Clifton and Oslo. Catering for both these tastes, these premium door ranges make the handmade-kitchen aesthetic affordable for middle class families. Again, this fresh possibility has emerged due to us augmenting our craftsmen with cutting-edge tech to supercharge their accuracy.
Luxury Pantries with Glass Doors
After decades in the background, luxury pantries, once prioritised for their utility, have taken centre stage. Only, this time, full-length glass doors are a must-have feature. Adding fresh glamour, this twist enables you to see their contents at a glance – perfect for stock checking during your Ocado order.
Take our latest iteration of the Hathaway pantry. Pictured here in Tuscan Walnut with glass pantry doors, it comes in a widened selection of interior colours and a choice between black- or bronze-tinted glass. And don’t worry; each option is reinforced, so you needn’t fear when children are in the vicinity.
