Our lovely new kitchen was designed by Susan McCutcheon from the Esher Branch We are extremely happy with the end result The design process was detailed and thorough and Susan listened fully to our requirements and guided us to a very effective design We had a lot to learn but again Susan helped us learn about everything from plumbing options to special taps and tanks ! Practicality was key and suitability for our different heights important We love our new kitchen ! I would say the installation process could be stressful however the team under Chris worked efficiently and helped us by setting up temporary water sources etc We did have a couple of negative points that were fed back eg project management of the install phase was lacking and there was more tidying up at the end of each day than we had anticipated A temporary garage kitchen set up helped us through this tricky stage and is recommended as is filling the freezer with microwaveable one pot type meals in advance Washing up is a real challenge unless you have a utility room available However we survived to thoroughly enjoy our new set up and have enjoyed getting new china and accessories to enhance it.
