I am very pleased with the new kitchen fitted by Olly Howard and his team at Esher branch. The service was consistent, professional yet friendly throughout. The team avoided my negative experiences of some other companies. For example, they did what the said they'd do and kept precisely to their appointments. They informed me in advance of any changes and didn't 'make it up' as they went along, as some companies appear to do. Chris Lee, the fitter, was accurate, receptive to my input and worked quietly and continuously, no blaring radio to put up with (whilst I was there at least!). Steve Callman also paid good attention to detail, returning to sort out a small issue to do with the bespoke wall 'pods'. Olly returned after some months to review the project. I had one very small outstanding issue to discuss with him and my experiences to date suggest that he will address it. Thank you very much.
