We have had an excellent experience with Sigma. From design to finish the customer service we have received from Beth in the Culverhouse Cross store in Cardiff has been outstanding. We have been renovating our house so have been dealing with a lot of suppliers and trade people and this has been by far the smoothest experience of all of them. Beth managed our expectations throughout the process, we never had to call to chase anything as we would always hear from her first. She took the time to take us through all of the appliances and options and was patient as we tweaked the design each time we revisited it! The kitchen is the centre of our home and we are delighted with the finished result. The quality of the product and fit is excellent, the look is exactly what we were after and the worktops are the icing on the cake. I was impressed that the fitter checked the doors and reported any flaws before we’d even got home and I was even more impressed that Beth came round to check the finish herself once the whole kitchen was in. I would highly recommend Sigma in the future. Fantastic kitchen and fantastic service to match!
